Nasrin Anvaripour
Manager

Nasrin joined Brighton Escrow in 1984 and since then, she has handled hundreds of various escrow transactions, including residential and commercial resale, new constructions, tract homes, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and refinances. She also hires, trains employees, and holds monthly escrow training classes for new Real Estate licensees.
As an active member of California Escrow Association, Nasrin attends various educational seminars on a regular basis.
Nasrin and her highly trained staff believe in always going “above and beyond” of call of duties to assure that each transaction closes in a timely manner and that clients are provided with quality service and positive experience.
Nasrin and her husband Frank live in Manhattan Beach and are the proud parents of three adult sons, Korey, Kaveh and Keion. While not attending to her office and client’s escrow needs, Nasrin finds pleasure in practicing yoga, hiking, and reading at her free time.

Lisa lives in the City of Torrance. She was born and raised in New York, until her family moved to California in 1979. Lisa started working in escrow in 1985 at Hawthorne Savings and has enjoyed working in escrow ever since, gathering experience and knowledge along the way.
She prides herself on making your escrow a professional and pleasurable process. Her goal is to provide exceptional customer service and truly considers it a privilege and honor to serve you.
Lisa is a proud mother of two adult daughters, who are each married and have created families of their own. Her greatest joy of all is spending time with her family and being a grandmother to her beautiful granddaughter and grandson.
Moira Shabestari

Born in Scotland and moved to England at a very young age.
Attended Bath University for one year and then transferred to obtain Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Portsmouth University.
Married and have a Son and Daughter both born in England but moved here in 1993 so they grew up here, they have a few furry family members too!
Joined the Brighton Escrow family in 1995 as the receptionist, became an assistant and then an Escrow Officer within 4 years and have been very happy and love it here.
Afshan Bowens

Afshan is living in the City of Gardena with her husband and her fourteen year old son who is a freshman at Redondo Union High School.
Afshan has been in the escrow business for about 18 years of which the last 16 years have been at Brighton Escrow Inc. The past 16 years at Brighton Escrow have provided the best working environment possible, both from the customer service point of view and professionalism and creating a sense of supportive and family like atmosphere.
In her free time, Afshan keeps busy by attending her son’s athletic events as much as possible and provides transportation for the events and training sessions.
Paula Huling

Certified Sr. Escrow Officer; specializes in both commercial and residential escrows. Paula has over 30 years experience working in the South Bay area as an escrow officer and manager. Prior to joining Brighton Escrow in January, 2013, Paula worked for seven years in the national commercial division of the Fidelity Title Insurance Group in both their downtown Los Angeles and Orange County offices.
Paula is an active member in the California Escrow Association and has served as president of the South Bay Escrow Association and Director of the California Escrow Association.
Paula and her husband Zan live in theSouth Bay and are the proud parents of three adult children, Michael, Erin, and Jason.
Sharon Vargas

Sharon has been in the escrow industry since 2001. Sharon has the knowledge to handle difficult transactions and the people skills to work closely with you and your clients. She is passionate about the business. Sharon’s motto is “communications and patience are the key factors to a successful escrow transaction”. Sharon takes great pride in her ability to provide great escrow service. Sharon is happily married since 2009 and has 2 beautiful girls and she enjoys spending her free time with her family.
Cynthia Hernandez
Escrow Assistant
Cynthia Hernandez joined the Brighton Escrow team in 2012. She is currently working as an escrow assistant. Since starting at Brighton Escrow she has spent her time learning and cultivating her knowledge and experience. Cynthia believes in providing consistent and professional customer service. She has confidence that through exceptional service she is giving each client a smoother and personalized experience at Brighton. In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys a variety of recreational activities and enjoys spending time with close friends and family.
Vivian Dia
Jr. Escrow Officer
Vivian has worked in the escrow industry since the late 90s. She specializes in residential re-sale, refinance, short sale, REO’s and 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions. Vivian gained her knowledge and experience by previously working for a prominent Title Company. She provides the highest level of customer service with a friendly and positive attitude. She is dedicated to exceeding client’s expectations and keeping them well informed every step of the way.
Vivian enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and traveling.
