Next weekend, September 25th – 27th, don’t miss the Lobster Festival!
Succulent Maine Lobster will be center stage at the 20th Annual Redondo Beach Lobster Festival. This is Southern California’s original lobster festival. This year’s event will be hosted by the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau and has an all-new slant on exclusive high-end dining, entertainment, craft beer and wine.
Live Music
Each day will feature great live performances from local bands!
Friday: Barley, Iron Butterfly, Robby Krieger’s Jam Kitchen
Saturday: Andy & Renee and Hard Rain, The Untouchables, Bow Wow Wow, Flashback Heart Attack
Sunday: Frankly Speaking, Feed the Kitty, Todo Mundo, Berlin
Activities
This is the perfect event for the family! You can partake in the Rat Beach Bike Tour, Stand Up Paddle Board Lessons, and there’s even a Kiddie Area with face painting and balloon art! There are three great rides to choose from to suit each person’s stamina! After the bike tour, all riders will be admitted to the Lobster Festival for a party at the end of the ride to experience non-stop music, cocktails, food, craft beer alley, beach, sand, fun, and the Kiddie area will be open for children!
Along side the activities, there will be multiple booths of vendors selling jewelry, hats, and other must-haves!
Food
While dining variety still defines the Festival, visitors now have delicious choices in Maine lobster meals ranging from Lobster Bistro favorites to individual fresh Maine lobster meals, Angus beef and lobster tail Surf and Turf, and Kincaid’s New England Lobster Boil, a three-course, hands-on experience for parties from two to ten diners. There will be small plates of lobster guacamole and chips, lobster rolls, lobster tacos, lobster corn chowder, lobster grilled cheese, and much more.
A craft beer tent will offer eight choices from national and local breweries, and many beer tastings will be available! The weekend spells festive lobster dining, beverages and a rocking great time for all.
