What is more delicious than lobster? Lobster on the beach! Make sure to come down to the Lobster Festival in Redondo Beach from Friday, September 26th through Sunday, September 28th. This year marks the 19th anniversary of the festival and is sure to be the best one yet.
This year’s festival will feature the all new Lobster Bistro that will include many lobster dishes to enjoy, such as opened face lobster ravioli and lobster grilled cheese. The Bistro also features vegetarian options for those who want to enjoy all the fun without the lobster dinner. There are also dinner packages that are available, from a 2 pound Maine Lobster dinner with potatoes and coleslaw, to a 12 oz. Certified Angus Beef NY Strip Steak Dinner.
Along with all the delicious food options at the festival, there are also many activities to enjoy from stand up paddle board lesson and face painting, to a Kiddie area for the younger crowd. This year’s Lobster Festival is also partnering with the Rat Beach Bike Tour, which will take place on Saturday the 27th, which has three ride routes to choose from. All riders in the bike tour will also receive admission into the festival, lunch, and entrance into the after party.
Each day of the festival will also feature live music to keep everyone entertained. There will be performances by Barely Legal, A Certain Groove, Janiva Magness, and many more. Each of the artists brings their own musical style to the festival to ensure that all of the guests are entertained all weekend long.
