The 31st Annual California Avocado Festival is here!
From October 6th-8th, Hermosa Beach will host the 31st Annual California Avocado Festival. Read on to learn more about this fun event!
If you are looking for delicious food, live musical entertainment, and family fun for all ages, then the 31st Annual Avocado Festival is the perfect event for you. Focused on California’s favorite fruit, the Festival offers an educational outlook on the avocado and also highlights the different environmentally friendly practices that everyone should adopt. In addition to education, this event also features arts and crafts, a variety of different contests, and food and drink options that everyone will enjoy. The Festival open its gates at 8:00 a.m. and stays open till 5:30 every night.
Festival-goers should meet at the Hermosa Beach Community Center located at 10 Pier Avenue. From there, a charter bus company will transport visitors to the festival’s excursion sites. All-day parking is available behind the Community Center. Please note that those under 18 and those with physical limitations must sign up with a friend or family member.
Tickets to this event are $15 for residents of Hermosa Beach and $20 for non-residents. Tickets are on sale for October 6th, 7th, and 8th now. However, please be advised that there are no refunds on excursions.
