Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 can artichoke hearts
1 container Alfredo-style pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 package cream cheese
Before you get started be sure to prepare your ingredients. Thaw and drain your spinach, soften your cream cheese, and drain and cut your artichokes.
Once all your ingredients are prepared, be sure to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a baking dish, prepare the garlic. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until soft. Let the garlic cool and then remove the skins.
In a medium sized baking dish, combine the roasted garlic, spinach, artichokes, sauce, and cheeses. Mix so that all ingredients are spread throughout the dish. Put the dish in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Remove the dish from the oven and serve with either tortilla chips or your favorite bread.
